10x8 Apex Workshop Shed Installed in Marchmont, Edinburgh EH9
A 10x8 pressure-treated apex workshop installed on a reinforced concrete pad for a Marchmont homeowner who needed weatherproof tool storage and a hobby joinery space.

The challenge
The existing rotten 8x6 shed sat on broken paving slabs that had sunk over winter. Access was via a narrow side passage (just 750mm wide), so all materials needed to be carried through the house in pre-cut sections.
Our solution
We removed and disposed of the old shed, broke out the old slabs, and laid a fresh 100mm reinforced concrete pad with DPM. The new shed was pre-cut at our workshop, carried through the property, and assembled on site in a single build day. Electrics were run from the house via armoured cable on day three.

"From the first site visit to the final tidy-up, the team were spot on. The narrow access didn't faze them at all and the workshop is exactly what I wanted — solid, weatherproof and properly wired."
